We all have a story to tell. Dena Adams found healing in writing her worst day, her best days, and every day in between in a journal. It wasn’t until she was a mother of 5 and a wife did journaling change her life. To know your thoughts is great. To actually write them down daily, take time weekly to reflect on where you have been, and then write down the new actions to take in the next week to improve your life is what Dena discoverd was key to changing her life. It’s through this process you discover things about yourself that you didn’t even realize you struggled with. It’s through this process you start to discover your great patterns and habits along with your not so great patterns and habits.
